We do NOT accept returns and exchanges since all items are MADE-TO-ORDER just for you. If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect or damaged, we sincerely apologize. Please take a photo of the product and include with a description of the issue. Email us within 5 days of receiving the item at brittin@hellohappy.info
Please do not mail back items without contacting us via email.
CANCEL AN ORDER
We do NOT accept cancellations after an order has been placed in the queue. Since items are MADE-TO-ORDER and go directly to our supplier to be fulfilled, cancellations are not possible. Please contact us immediately if there is something incorrect on your order.
