We ship from a variety of production centers and shipping carriers vary depending on the location and products ordered. Please note that these shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates are not guaranteed. 

Please take care when entering your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders marked “undeliverable” due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Any returned packages will be charged a re-shipping fee.

We utilize tracking on our shipping, and we are not liable for any lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?

We know you are excited to receive your order and we are excited for you to have it!

Products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. With our products being MADE-TO-ORDER, you can typically expect most orders to ship out within 7-10 business days with several products taking longer. Knit sweaters and other knit apparel on average take about 4-6 weeks to be delivered.

To err on the safe side, please take shipping lead-times into consideration when ordering. We do not have the capability to expedite shipping.

While our goal is to ship out as quickly as possible, shipping will ultimately be determined by our current inventory, made-to-order production times and shipping carriers delivery timelines.
